Are you a gift for yourself ?

Christiane Lavanoux, Flowers - copieHow do you welcome yourself in your privacy ? Do you have an infinite indulgence to yourself ? Do you fully welcome yourself in the whole range of your emotions ? Do you enjoy going through all of them at your own pace ? Are you this creamy smooth sweet, this fudge, this exquisite treat for yourself ? Continue reading

Woman. Man. Confusion around a term

Christiane Lavanoux, the wallViolence against women means all individual or collective violent behavior based solely on a question of gender.

But being a woman or being a man is to be a human being with an animal strength and mental strength (our male side) and also an ability to enter into a relationship with oneself and with Other (our feminine side) . Continue reading

Shade and light, a course story

Christiane Lavanoux in the shade, JLB

You may sometimes sense vulnerability, helplessness or exasperation. These feelings are accentuated when the situation is experienced on a large scale. Social networks are an opportunity for visibility and in fact, highlight this phenomenon. Each virtual wall is a universe in itself. Exploring several of them is like experiencing life in an accelerated mode and this can quickly make your head spin and create a deep saturation. Continue reading

The English and musical version of Le Jeu Du JE : THE I GAME

Marie Stone & Christiane Lavanoux

THE I GAME, or LE JEU DU JE in its English version, spreads over 3 minutes and 5 seconds as the last track on my friend Marie Stone’s second album “Pas d’alarme’. Indeed, the multi-talented artist has set one of my texts to music, providing a musical version of the quadripartite concept. Shared projects is a theme dear to IGA so it will continue to focus on synergies and transversality. Cheers to your creativity Marie Stone! Long live THE I GAME, your second album and our friendship!

You, chaos and happiness

Christiane Lavanoux & The 4 Polarities of The I GameHappiness is fragile, it frightens. It is associated with a form of inconsistency with creative inspiration and does not always sit well with artists. This is because suffering and torment give rise to chaos, a brewing place for creative forces. Would happy people be boring and unproductive? Continue reading

You and Profit

IGA and profitTo consider a situation in its entirety, is, for example, to take into account the ethical value of a service or a product, be it yours or somebody else’s, as well as its legitimate commercial value… It is to consider profit, and get rid of unnecessary guilt about an alleged immoderate desire for riches. To add visibility to a service or a product is not necessarily to act out of greed, it is also to show self-confidence, a sense of sharing and of parity. Continue reading

You and rejection

Christiane Lavanoux & IGA symbolismIf spiritualists and materialists are opposed, it is only due to rejection of matter and its transformations by one group and to rejection of immaterial reality by the other group.
Regarding superiority or inferiority of both worlds, it is only true geographically for it is closely linked to celestial symbolism for one and to terrestrial symbolism for the other. Continue reading

You and anger

Christiane Lavanoux & The I GameInjustice revolts you. The ensuing anger mobilizes your body as a whole. It triggers in you an irresistible urge to act. It prepares you for the attack. To welcome it in you enables you to take its full measure. To put it into words identifies the unmet need. To take full responsibility for your feeling breaks the cycle of victimization and allows you to pose a repairing act. It may be to express your feelings directly to the person concerned, to ask for a clear request or to apply a personal decision that re-directs your life. Continue reading

You and living with pleasure

“When your eyes see what your mind sees, when your skin feels what your mind feels, there is coherence between your sensory perception and the mental. When what you feel, what you say, what you think and what you do is in harmony, then you know that you live your life fully. Continue reading
